My Story:

I grew up in upstate New York, graduated from DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio, then began my professional career with IBM.

While at IBM, one of my accomplishments was

administering and promoting IBM's people

involvement program, "IBM Suggestion Program".

I was involved in improving and marketing this

program, which was renamed "IBM IDEAS".

I hold the internationally recognized certification

of Certified Manager of Suggestion Systems (CMSS),

from the Employee Involvement Association, I am a Six Sigma Green Belt, and former American Society for Quality (ASQ) Publicity Chair. The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) is my professional community and one of many sources I use for my continual self-improvement.

My professional career spanned nearly three and a half decades, with successful companies such as IBM and Computer Task Group. My entrepreneurial spirit served me well as a Marketing Representative, IT Service Delivery Leader, IT Consultant, Project Leader, and Director of Quality.

My concurrent football career spanned 36 plus seasons as a player, coach, scouting
representative, and currently as an analyst for radio broadcasts. I played and coached football up to the semi-professional level.

Based on the knowledge and wisdom I developed through these concurrent careers,
bridging my passion for coaching and commitment to improving people was a natural segue to launching my business.

I apply my performance improvement philosophy throughout my personal and professional life, so establishing my business was a seamless transition.
