Program Description

This six-hour workshop is offered monthly on “Transformation Tuesday” (the third Tuesday). What I learned over four decades, I teach you in hours, so you benefit for a lifetime. I can’t predict the future; I prepare you to create it. This workshop will accelerate your transformation from individual performer to great people-centered leader. ​​​​​​​​​​ You will: - learn Leader KPIs are not numbers. - learn and improve your people-centered leader skills.​​​​​ - learn how to lead necessary meetings Post Workshop Resources: At the completion of this learning session, attendees will receive a knowledge guide, containing the details of the information covered. It is recommended attendees don't attempt to multitask by taking notes and listening at the same time. Multitasking is a misnomer. People cannot perform two cognitive activities simultaneously. People can switch rapidly between multiple thoughts, giving the illusion of multitasking. Attendees will know how much their knowledge improved as the result of attending this workshop.
