Service Description
To be eligible to attend these monthly group coaching sessions, first-time leaders must have attended the “Communication and Emotional Intelligence” and “First-Time Leaders Accelerated” courses. First-time leaders may attend as many of these coaching sessions they feel are necessary. These sessions will be open forum, strategic conversations to discuss actual situations first-time leaders have experienced.
