Program Description

This full-day Lab is a comprehensive experience designed specifically for first-time leaders preparing for their transformation and transition from individual performer to Certified People-Centered Leader℠. You will build and apply the communication, emotional intelligence, and people-centered leader skills required to lead people effectively. The Lab focuses on practical behavior and skills improvement, not simply learning concepts or participating in a training program. Your improvement is measured through evidence of progress in our three core people skills, providing a clear basis for your People-Centered Leader Certification. To provide the depth, individual attention, and quality required for meaningful transformation and transition, each Lab is limited to 15 first-time leaders.
