Weekly Group Coaching
A group coaching experience combining peer learning, accountability, and strategic coaching to accelerate leader behavior and skills improvement. Leaders learn, apply, and improve together while benefiting from the experiences of their peers.
$1,000 per session includes:

Weekly Personalized Coaching (1-on-1)
Individual coaching focused on the specific challenges each leader encounters while leading people. Together, we target real situations, strengthen leader behaviors, build accountability, and create practical improvements.
$6,000 per session includes:
60-minute virtual leader coaching reinforcement
Problem solving and leader guidance

Critical Moment Coaching (Coach-On-Call)
For leaders who want direct access to my focused coaching attention when a critical leader moment cannot wait. Access may occur before, during, or after a critical situation so you can approach the situation with greater confidence and clarity.
$4,000 per month includes:
Direct-access to me by phone, email, or text
Timely guidance when your leader situation cannot wait

The goal of my coaching is not to make you dependent on me. The goal is to make you more capable of leading people, without me. When you improve, your people improve.
