I spent decades learning what it takes to lead people well. I made mistakes. I experienced the pressure of leading people. I watched talented individual performers struggle when they suddenly become responsible for leading others. And I have seen the personal and organizational costs when the wrong person is selected to lead.
I call myself a Crash Test Dummy for leader transformation and culture improvement, because I have learned many of these lessons through experience. What I learned over decades, I condensed into my First-Time Leaders Accelerated℠ System.
Why I Do This
Sixty percent of first-time leaders fail. I believe many of those failures can be prevented by selecting the right people and preparing them for the most important responsibility in the world, leading people. I created First-Time Leaders Accelerated℠ because I believe people given this responsibility deserve to be prepared for it.
My Purpose is Simple
Select and self-assess the right people. Transform and transition them into capable people-centered leaders. Reinforce what they learn, so they can establish Contagious Performance Improvement℠.
