Your first coaching session is mandatory and complementary, as part of your leader transformation and transition. All subsequent sessions are optional. Each session is a strategic conversation, discussing challenges you experienced or topics you want to learn more about. To prepare, journal the situations you want to discuss, such as the inevitable "Leader Surprise Scenarios" you never dreamed of.
