Leaders fail in moments, unexpected conversations, pressure situations, and decisions they were not prepared for.  My leader coaching prevents these critical failures. Leader coaching is where your improvements take root. Coaching is the bridge between learning and leading and knowing what to do and doing it, when it matters. I meet leaders where leadership happens, with real people, in real-time, in real situations.​ My coaching reinforces and accelerates the behaviors and skills you learned in the First-Time Leaders Accelerated℠ Lab, ensuring leaders apply what they learned when it matters most, leading people daily.

Each coaching session is a focused, strategic conversation based on your real leader experiences. You will come prepared with situations you faced, or know are coming, so we can work through what happens when you lead. This includes the inevitable “leader surprise scenarios” you never saw coming. You will leave each session with clear direction, practical improvements, and the confidence to lead more effectively.

Leader Coaching Options

Group (Limited to 15)

A group coaching experience combing peer learning and accountability to accelerate leader behavior and skills improvement. Where leaders learn, apply and improve together. Limited to 15 leaders, ensuring time to receive quality coaching.

$1,000 per month includes:

  • One 90-minute coaching session per month

  • Problem solving and leader guidance

  • Recommended leader improvements

Personalized (1-on-1)

Individual coaching to strengthen how you lead every day. Your specific leader challenges are targeted with focused development, accountability, and practical behavior and skills improvement.

$6,000 per month includes:

  • One 90-minute coaching session per month

  • Problem solving and leader guidance

  • Recommended leader improvements

Critical Moment (On-Call)

For leaders who want direct access to my coaching, not just between sessions. Your access may be before, during, or after critical leader situations, so you can lead with confidence when it matters most.

$4,000 per month includes:​

  • Direct-access support

  • Timely guidance when leadership moments cannot wait
